Privacy, in plain words.

Three buckets, so we can run the service and improve it.

• Account info. Name, email, password hash, billing details for paid plans.
• Usage data. IP, device, browser, the pages you visit inside Feedi, basic error logs.
• Feedback content. The responses your users submit through the widget, plus AI summaries we generate for you.

• Running the service and your account.
• Processing payments and managing subscriptions.
• Generating AI summaries on feedback you own.
• Telling you about meaningful product changes.
• Spotting abuse, keeping things reliable.
• Meeting legal obligations where they apply.

A small set. Ones to log you in. Ones to understand how the app is used in aggregate. Ones that remember preferences. You can disable non essential cookies in your browser. Some features won't work without the essential ones.

• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
• Access is controlled and audited.
• We back up regularly and have a recovery plan.
• Third party processors get the same treatment.

We keep your data while your account is active, and for a reasonable window after you delete it (legal and operational reasons). After that it's deleted or anonymized.

Depending on where you live, you have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to how we process your information. Email hello@usefeedi.com and we'll handle it within 30 days.

Data may be processed in countries other than yours. When that happens, we use appropriate safeguards (contracts, technical controls) so the protections travel with the data.

Feedi isn't for anyone under 13. If a child has signed up, write to us. We'll remove the account and data.

If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you in app or by email.
